Terms & Conditions — z2bet Platform Rules

Access to and use of the z2bet platform — including all games, betting markets, account functions, payment services, and promotional offers — is conditional upon your full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. This agreement takes effect the moment you complete account registration on z2bet, click any "I agree" or "I accept" checkbox during the registration process, or otherwise begin using any feature of the platform.

z2bet reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, z2bet will make reasonable efforts to notify active account holders via the email address registered to their account. Your continued use of the z2bet platform after any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically to ensure you remain aware of the current version in force.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the z2bet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and z2bet. In the event of a conflict between any of these documents, these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence unless explicitly stated otherwise.

To be eligible to open and maintain an account with z2bet, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while your account remains active.
• Be a natural person — not a company, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your place of residence.
• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during the registration process and at any subsequent verification stage.
• Not be a current or former employee, contractor, agent, or affiliate of z2bet or any of its software or payment partners, unless express written consent has been granted by z2bet management.

• Not be a person who has been self-excluded from z2bet or any other gaming platform currently honoured by z2bet's responsible gaming procedures.

z2bet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any stage of the account lifecycle. Accepted documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time frame may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification completion.

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the z2bet platform. Opening or attempting to open duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, a different name, or a different payment method — constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. In the event that multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, z2bet reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, forfeit any bonuses credited across those accounts, and withhold any winnings generated from bonus funds across the duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. z2bet recommends that you use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication if available. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. z2bet will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

z2bet reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason for refusal.

All transactions on z2bet are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). z2bet supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. z2bet does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own fees independently of z2bet.

All withdrawal requests are subject to a verification check prior to processing. z2bet applies a same-method withdrawal policy: funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This policy is applied in accordance with anti-money-laundering (AML) obligations and is non-negotiable.

z2bet reserves the right to request additional identity verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account has not previously completed KYC verification, or where the account has shown unusual transaction patterns. Deposits made in error, or duplicate deposits, must be reported to z2bet support immediately. z2bet cannot guarantee the recovery of funds that have been deposited incorrectly to a third-party payment address outside the z2bet platform.

The availability and specific terms of each promotion are published on the relevant promotional page and form a supplementary agreement alongside these Terms & Conditions.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by z2bet unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Each player is entitled to claim each welcome bonus once only. Duplicate accounts created to claim a bonus multiple times will result in forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of all associated accounts.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, credited to another player's account, or withdrawn as cash prior to the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified in the individual promotion terms. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in the bonus amount and any associated winnings being forfeited upon expiry.
• z2bet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time, and to amend the terms of ongoing promotions where a material error has occurred in the publication of those terms.

As a registered player on z2bet, you agree to use the platform in good faith, in compliance with these Terms & Conditions, and in a manner that does not harm the platform, its operators, its other users, or any third party. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z2bet platform:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, verification, or any other interaction with z2bet, including misrepresentation of identity, age, or payment method ownership.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or promotional systems for unfair advantage.
• Bonus abuse: Attempting to exploit promotional offers through the creation of duplicate accounts, use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent regional restrictions, or other methods designed to misuse z2bet's promotional systems.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with a bank or card provider in relation to a legitimate z2bet transaction. Any account associated with a fraudulent chargeback will be immediately suspended and the disputed amount will be recovered from available account balances.
• Technical exploitation: Using automated bots, scripts, or other software tools to access z2bet in a manner not intended for human players, or to exploit any technical error, bug, or misconfiguration in the platform.
• Money laundering: Using the z2bet platform to process, conceal, or legitimise funds obtained through illegal activity. z2bet complies with applicable AML regulations and is obligated to report suspicious financial activity.

z2bet monitors account activity on an ongoing basis to detect and prevent prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, z2bet may suspend or close the relevant account, forfeit the account balance, withhold pending withdrawals, and take any other action it deems appropriate including reporting the matter to relevant authorities.

z2bet reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required time frame.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal related to the account.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months.
• A voluntary self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder.
• A request from a regulatory authority, financial institution, or law enforcement body.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions or suspected fraud, z2bet reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where no breach is found following investigation, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player within a reasonable processing period.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the z2bet platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any z2bet content without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any z2bet content or software.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any z2bet software or system component.
• Use the z2bet brand name, logo, or any confusingly similar identifier in any commercial context.

Game content made available through the z2bet platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi, and Spribe. All rights in such game content remain with the respective studios and are not transferred to players under any circumstances.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z2bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from:

• Any technical fault, system outage, connectivity disruption, or data loss affecting the platform.

z2bet reserves the right to amend, supplement, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior consent from individual players, subject to the notification obligations described below. Reasons for amendment may include but are not limited to: changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, updates to the z2bet platform's features or payment methods, corrections of errors or ambiguities in the existing text, and changes in business operations.

Where an amendment is material — meaning it meaningfully changes the rights or obligations of players — z2bet will endeavour to notify active account holders by email to the address registered on their account at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not change the substance of any provision) may take effect immediately upon publication without individual notification.

The date on which the current version of these Terms & Conditions became effective is stated in the hero section at the top of this page. Players who do not accept an amendment may close their account prior to the effective date of the amendment by contacting z2bet support. Continuing to use z2bet after the effective date of any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the z2bet platform. z2bet operates as an English-language online gaming platform serving the Bangladesh market and applies general principles of online gaming contract law in the interpretation of these terms.

In the event of a dispute between a player and z2bet, the player should first contact z2bet customer support at [email protected] with a clear description of the dispute, the relevant account username, and any supporting evidence. z2bet aims to acknowledge all formal dispute submissions within 48 hours and to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receipt of all relevant information.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through z2bet's internal complaints process, z2bet may, at its discretion, agree to refer the matter to an independent adjudication process. z2bet's decisions regarding game outcomes, technical faults, account actions, and bonus eligibility shall be treated as final and binding unless a material error can be demonstrated by the player.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable law that cannot be excluded or limited by contract.
